

Get to Know Me
Hi There. I'm Ben. Thanks for stopping by.
For over 10 years, I've worked as a Strength Coach and Personal Trainer, helping hundreds of people - from everyday folks to athletes of the highest level - along their fitness journeys. Seven of those years have been spent at Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning, which has been named the best gym in America by Men's Health magazine, and one of the nation's best by Women's Health alike.
I also work as an educator within the fitness industry, and I've been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to travel the world teaching and mentoring other coaches and trainers.
Outside of fitness, I'm a passionate outdoor and music enthusiast. As often as possible, I like to spend my free time snowboarding or surfing.
Training With Me
With each and every client I work with I have one simple rule that stands above all others: don't get hurt. Safety comes before everything else - if we get hurt, then nothing else matters.
That said, we're still going to work hard, and we're still going to get strong! The way I train my clients is comprehensive, making sure that my clients have the peace of mind to know they're leaving nothing on the table.
Ideally, we're still going to have some fun along the way! I'll admit, I'm a talker, and I get along best with clients who enjoy some good conversation - so long as it doesn't come at the expense of the workout.
I currently train clients in person in two locations: at MBSC in Woburn, MA and at Core Collective in Brookline Village.
